To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including all original labels and packaging.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from us, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange. For all other exchanges, customers are responsible for a shipping fee of $24.99. Please note that items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange.
