Our return policy applies only if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. If your order arrives damaged or differs from what was confirmed, you must follow the steps outlined below to initiate a return. We only allow exchanges for the exact item received. Refunds will not be issued if the correct item has been delivered.
Please note that returns or refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases. Exchanges may be possible in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
To return a damaged or incorrect item, first contact our customer service team via email at info@kopipetstore.com or by phone. Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photos of both the front and back of the product. Our team will respond with instructions, including the return address and any required documentation.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging if available. If the original packaging is unavailable, use a suitable alternative that protects the item during shipping. Ship the return package using a reliable and trackable method, and retain proof of shipment for your records.
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for a return. Upon successful inspection, we will process the refund within 30 days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% of the product’s cost will be applied for returns. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the returned product does not meet the required conditions or is returned outside the specified timeframe.
Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.
